The gang comes together to review UFC Fight Night: Poirier v. Duffy Smolka v. Holohan. They discuss the replacement main event/grappling battle between Louis Smolka and Paddy Holohan. They also do their best to forget Parke v. Maddadi. The gang also has high praise for Till and Dalby and hope for a rematch of their instant classic. They also talk about Tom Breese's impressive victory over the GOAT of Reddit MMA, Cathal Pendred. The gang then discusses the return of Jon Jones before moving on to an action packed edition of "Stuff We Like."

What the poster for this card should look like

What a card for the UFC.  Injuries are a part of the game.  You can't avoid them.  but it's not often that that not just co-main event, but the main event gets KO'ed because of boo-boos.  This card went from this:

Graphics in this looking tight.  We got these guys looking straight up ethereal with how they are blend into that colorful back drop.  Stipe then gets hurt so we lose that fight;

"Ok, Ok so we lost the heavyweight fight with the potential title contender.  We still have the guy who last beat Conor! Fighting in Dublin! Cha-ching!....Hello?  Wait what's that you say? FUCK!!! Call Jimmy we need another fucking poster!!"

Well at least they still have an Irishman in the main event.

It's MMAzing Radio - Episode 154

The gang comes to you a day later than planned (thank you for the technical problems HP) to discuss the ridiculous number of cuts in the UFC. They try to see how many of the fighters losing their jobs that they actually recognize. The gang also discusses the Bloody Elbow article regarding the UFC revenue split. They then preview UFC Fight Night: Poirier v. Duffy and make their predictions. All of that and a super-sized version of "Stuff We Like."

It's MMAzing Radio - Episode 153

The gang doesn't have a UFC event to go over and don't have a UFC event to preview. Bellator couldn't even throw them a bone and they're down a member this week. Basically, this is one giant "Stuff We Like" with some random MMA thrown in. The MMA that the gang covers includes the Faber/Dillashaw dispute and Rampage on Twitch. Seriously, that's basically it. Besides that they cover the beta release of the Battlefront game, superhero TV shows, and Frasier. Yes, Frasier.

The gang breaks down the results of UFC 192: Cormier v. Gustafsson. They discuss Daniel Cormiers's big win and talk about when we expect him to take on the GOAT, Mr. Jon Jones. The gang then talks about Ryan Bader's big win over a returning Rashad Evans and where he stands in the division. They also talk about Joseph Benavidez's future at 125 pounds. The gang also talks about the big wins from the youth movement in the UFC; including Yair Rodriguez, Albert Tumenov, Rose Namajunas and Sage Northcutt. They also discuss the Rousey-Holm commercial and give their picks for "Stuff We Like." The gang ends the show paying tribute to Ariel Helwani and the 300th episode of The MMA Hour.

UFC 192: Cormier vs. Gustafsson Predictions

While many fans look at current Light Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier as merely a place holder until Jon Jones can return to the UFC, he still has to fulfill his championship duties and defend his belt (disputed or otherwise) against a difficult and game opponent in Alexander Gustafsson. In addition to that fight we also have two potential title eliminators when Johny Hendricks collides with Tyron Woodley and Rashad Evans finally returns to the octagon to take on the rampaging (I can say that because he beat Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson) Ryan Bader.
